Refund policy

We offer a 14 day return window from the date you receive your order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition you received them, with original tags attached.

To start a return, email us at shop@getroyded.com. Do not send anything back without contacting us first - returns sent without prior approval won't be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether it's been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Allow additional time for your bank to process it. If it's been more than 15 business days since approval and you haven't received your refund, contact us at shop@getroyded.com.

Damages & Issues
Inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right.

Exchanges
We don't process direct exchanges. Return the item and place a new order for what you need.

Sale Items & Gift Cards
These are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
